Quality Care

We are dedicated to delivering expert care and to attain a standard of excellence. We are mindful of the fact that all our residents are individuals who deserve to be treated with respect and we adapt our care to suit each person’s needs.

Our intention is to create an environment, which supports the physical and mental welfare of all our residents. We recognise how vital it is to preserve the rights, identity and independence of the individuals in our care whilst instilling a spirit of trust and confidence in our professional standards. We promote respect for each resident’s right to dignity and privacy and foster this attitude through our programes of staff induction and mentoring.

New Residents

We visit all new residents before they move into our homes wherever they may be, at home, in hospital or staying with family. It is so important to be able to address the needs of each individual and to ensure that we can provide the care that they require. We like to establish a relationship and to recognize the individual person’s preferences so that we can help them settle into their new environment.

Each resident is allocated a Key Named Nurse (if they require nursing care) and a Key Worker or Carer to guarantee consistency of care. The Key Worker has the opportunity to get to know their residents really well and regularly liaises with family members to keep them informed about their care.

We warmly welcome relatives, friends and visitors at any time and encourage them to be involved in their loved-one’s care and to be part of the care home's life.
